Dwelo is bringing home automation to apartment communities. Our software, hardware, and service platform enables the owners and managers of multifamily properties to offer smart homes as an amenity to their residents while simultaneously improving the efficiency of their operations. Dwelo smart apartments are live in over a dozen markets and counting. Your Mission

Your mission is to support a national sales expansion. You will focus on learning the business and performing administrative functions such as territory and account research, Salesforce data entry and campaign building. Performing these functions are critically important to Dwelo's growth and to your ability to advance at Dwelo. This role is an apprenticeship that will provide you with the requisite skillset to be a high performing member of our sales team.

Outputs and Responsibilities

  • Work with Dwelo's Head of Sales to execute an account segmentation initiative for existing territories
  • Prepare new territories for prospecting campaigns in Salesforce
  • Create and execute 3 role-specific newsletter campaigns
  • Organize and coordinate 5 conference campaigns
  • Execute email and cold-call campaigns to generate intro meetings for AEs
  • Qualify inbound lead requests and set up meetings for AEs
